Do you offer a free trial?
We currently do not offer a free trial, but you can receive a full refund within the first 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, visit your profile to find the plan cancellation. If you are having trouble, reach out to us by emailing info@ourearthnature.com.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation of our monthly plan, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Once it ends, your access to subscriber-only content will be revoked.
After purchasing our yearly plan, you have 7 days to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be eligible for a partial refund at the issuer’s discretion and will result in the loss of access to subscriber-only content.
How often is new content added?
We’re committed to adding new content regularly. Our goal is to significantly expand our library by the end of the year.
Can I access my subscription offline?
As of right now, you need an internet connection to access your subscription.
Can I share my login with my family?
